Chocolatier-Confectioner and Meilleur Ouvrier de France, 9-times winner of the Awards du Chocolat, is known all around the world for being a pioneer in the use of new machines and technologies in the fields of chocolate and pastry.

Today he has a workshop measuring 2000 m² just outside of Dijon in Burgundy, France, that uses state-of-the-art chocolate-making technology. Since 2005, he has been working in close cooperation with Philippe Noeppel to develop innovative tools and machines that reduce unnecessary movements and workload, making work easier and increasing productivity.

Fabrice Gillotte is all too aware of the time and effort required for zesting citrus fruit with a traditional grater or other cooking utensils. Such a long and tedious task takes up too much time and labour while not requiring any specific professional skills. For this reason, Fabrice Gillotte imagined an automatic machine to zest hundreds of lemons, limes and oanges quickly and with minimal effort: easy Zest.

Working with Philippe Noeppel, he designed and created easy Zest: a high-quality, reliable and robust stainless-steel electric zester, manufactured and assembled in France.
easy Zest consists of a zest grater, two adjustable spindles (for small and large citrus fruits), a stainless-steel zest tray and a safety pedal.
