To zest fruits
Take the fruit and place it on the 3-prong spindle
Place the grater on the fruit to be zested
Activate the zester by pressing the pedal with your foot
Once the fruit is zested, release the pedal and remove the fruit
The entire machine and its stainless-steel components can be cleaned quickly and easily with soapy water.
